RustFax operates as a neutral platform and is not a buyer, seller, or service provider.
2. User Accounts

You agree to:

- Be responsible for all activity under your account

- Upload content you do not have rights to

5. Listings and Marketplace
RustFax may allow users to create listings and connect with others.
We:
- Do not guarantee the accuracy of listings
- Are not involved in transactions
- Are not responsible for outcomes between users
All transactions are conducted solely between users.
6. Service Providers and Applicators
RustFax may display or suggest service providers based on factors such as location, availability, or relevance.
We:
- Do not guarantee exclusivity of customers or leads
- Do not endorse specific providers
Users are responsible for evaluating providers independently.

By using RustFax, you agree that we may contact you regarding:

- Platform updates
- Relevant offers
You may opt out of certain communications where applicable.
